Request Form

Fill out the quote request form with as much detail as you can provide.

Our Customer Service Team Will Contact You

Once your quote form is submitted, a customer service team member will reach out to you within one business day to schedule a call to answer any questions and gather everything we need to build out your design proof.

Design Proof

Our design team will synthesize your feedback and build out a free digital cap concept. If we’ve received all necessary information from you regarding your order within 2-3 business days, proofs will typically arrive within 6 business days of initial inquiry.

Proof Approval

You will be sent a final digital mockup for review and approval. We provide one revision for free. Additional revisions are charged at $25 per hour.

Final Order Submission & Payment

Once the digital mockup is approved, we will submit an invoice along with a link to pay online via credit card. Once your payment is processed, the order is submitted to our overseas factory for production. This is typically completed within 12-20 days of initial order placement.

Production/Delivery

Your custom hats will be delivered directly to you approximately 90-100 days from order finalization.

Expected Timelines

The typical turnaround time for wholesale, overseas hats is 100-120 days from the time of the initial request.

Submitting Artwork

Accepted formats: doc, pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, ai, psd, gif, tif, tiff, eps. If you have an art format that is not in the list, please contact customer service.

Placing A Re-order

We keep all artwork and specifications for past orders. If you are placing a re-order, simply contact our team with the desired quantities, and we will send an invoice and payment link directly.
